Hinds Realty Group Sold our Short Sale after other Companies said It Could Not Be Done
We had our home for sale with another self-claimed short sale professional company for over six months. They told us that the 1st bank wanted 17,000 from the seller and that the 2nd bank wanted $20,000 and because of this Foreclsoure was our best option. I was really impressed with Marcus' services and professionalism. I always recommend him to all my family and friends; that's a way of thanking him for helping us with our foreclosure. Our home was going to foreclose within a couple of days before we contacted Marcus; But, Marcus was able to stop the Foreclosure and found us a buyer right away. It was a pleasure working with Bill Davis and Hinds Realty Group. Bill helped us find the perfect home in El Sobrante for a really great deal. It was a short sale and Bill worked quickly to get us in contract and closed in a short amount of time with the least amount of hassle. Bill Davis and Hinds Realty Group helped us find an investment property close to where our home is now and we found a condo that was a 2 bedroom 1.5 Baths for under look right down the street.
